Strategic Real Estate Advisory

Some people sell houses.

I've spent my life helping people find their place in Tuscaloosa.

Long before I lived here, I was coming to Alabama with my parents, watching generations of friends reunite and realizing this town was much more than a college campus.

I just didn't know then that one day it would become home.

The truth is, I've experienced this community from just about every angle—as a visitor, a student, a University employee, a volunteer, a homeowner, and now as a Realtor. Those experiences are why I always say, "I don't just sell real estate. I sell Tuscaloosa."

Tuscaloosa has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. Long before I ever lived here, I was visiting the University of Alabama with my family and watching lifelong friendships reconnect. Years later I returned as a student, worked in Alumni Relations, volunteered within the Greek community, supported preservation and community organizations, and eventually made downtown Tuscaloosa my home.

Those experiences taught me that real estate is only one piece of the puzzle. Families don't just need a house—they need someone who understands neighborhoods, traditions, campus culture, local resources, and how all of those pieces fit together.

Whether you're moving across town or across the country, understanding the community is every bit as important as choosing the right home.

I'm Tricia Stone. Welcome to Tuscaloosa.
